Location: - Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Industry: - Industrial Automation / Control Panel Manufacturing

Experience: 10+ Years

Reporting to: Managing Director / Business Head

Synergie Controls & Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing industrial automation and control panel manufacturing company. We design and deliver world-class PLC, VFD, MCC, PCC and customized automation solutions to leading Indian industries.


We are building a process-driven, high-performance organization** and are looking for a mature HR & Admin leader** to structure and scale our people and operations.


Role Objective


To build a strong HR system and disciplined administration framework that supports business growth, manpower scaling, compliance, and a high-performance culture in a manufacturing environment.


This is not a routine HR role โ€” this is a business-partner role



Key Responsibilities


A. Strategic HR Leadership


Design and implement HR systems for a manufacturing & project-driven organization

Create manpower planning aligned with business targets (Sales, Projects, Panel Shop, Service)

Build performance-linked culture (KPIs, KRIs, appraisals, incentives)

Implement structured joining, training, probation & confirmation systems



B. Recruitment & Manpower Development


Recruit for:


* Panel shop technicians

* Electrical & Automation engineers

* Sales engineers

* Project & service teams

* Support staff (store, purchase, accounts)

* Build recruitment pipelines with:


* Consultants

* Local ITIs, Diploma Colleges, Engineering Colleges

* Referral programs

* Ensure **right skill at right cost**

### **C. HR Operations**


* Salary structuring, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Payroll compliance

* Offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, exits

* Attendance, leave, overtime, shift policies

* Handling disciplinary actions & performance improvement plans

### **D. Compliance & Legal**


* PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment

* Contract labour & vendor manpower compliance

* Audit support & statutory registers

### **E. Admin & Facility Management**


* Factory & office administration

* Transport, housekeeping, security, canteen

* Vendor management

* Employee housing / relocation support for outstation staff

### **F. Culture & People Management**


* Employee engagement

* Conflict resolution

* Exit management

* Trust-based but **process-driven workplace**

## **Candidate Profile**
