Role Objective
To build a strong HR system and disciplined administration framework that supports business growth, manpower scaling, compliance, and a high-performance culture in a manufacturing environment.
This is not a routine HR role โ this is a business-partner role
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic HR Leadership
Design and implement HR systems for a manufacturing & project-driven organization
Create manpower planning aligned with business targets (Sales, Projects, Panel Shop, Service)
Build performance-linked culture (KPIs, KRIs, appraisals, incentives)
Implement structured joining, training, probation & confirmation systems
B. Recruitment & Manpower Development
Recruit for:
* Panel shop technicians
* Electrical & Automation engineers
* Sales engineers
* Project & service teams
* Support staff (store, purchase, accounts)
* Build recruitment pipelines with:
* Consultants
* Local ITIs, Diploma Colleges, Engineering Colleges
* Referral programs
* Ensure **right skill at right cost**

* Salary structuring, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Payroll compliance
* Offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, exits
* Attendance, leave, overtime, shift policies
* Handling disciplinary actions & performance improvement plans

* PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment
* Contract labour & vendor manpower compliance
* Audit support & statutory registers

### **E. Admin & Facility Management**
* Factory & office administration

* Employee housing / relocation support for outstation staff
