We're building two companies. Looking for 2 founding engineers who want to build something from scratch and shape how businesses and education operate in the next decade.
What we're building:
1. Tairo Partners – B2B AI Agency for customer service. Helping businesses scale without limits. Chat and call agents, smart lead nurturing and generation, data analytics, and consulting.
2. Nikolai - [EdTech SaaS] – Rethinking how millions of children will learn in the next decade. Early validation looks strong. Launching Q1.
(Same core engines. You'll build infrastructure that powers both).

Who we're looking for:
A-player builders who ship. Show us what you've made - side projects, GitHub, live products. We don't care about your degree or FAANG logos.
Required experience (important)
You don’t need everything — but you must be strong in the core:
Backend & systems
→ Strong Node.js / TypeScript experience in production
→ Designing scalable APIs and async systems
→ Experience with queues, background jobs, retries, and failure handling
Applied AI / LLMs
→ Ability to build, fine-tune, and deploy our own LLMs — including deciding when to fine-tune vs use RAG vs prompting, running self-hosted models, and owning model quality, cost, and failure modes (not just wrapping APIs).
→ Integrating LLMs (OpenAI / Anthropic / similar) into real products
→ Prompt engineering beyond “basic prompting”
→ Tool / function calling, structured outputs
→ Managing context windows, cost, latency, and reliability
→ Designing safety rails to prevent bad or unsafe AI actions
AI agents & automation
→ Building agents that read, reason, and act
→ Experience with human-in-the-loop flows (draft → approve → send)
→ Confidence thresholds, fallback logic, refusal conditions, optimization
Email & communication systems (For Tairo)
→ Experience with email APIs (Gmail API, Outlook / Microsoft Graph)
→ OAuth2 flows and permission scopes
→ Threaded replies, drafts vs send logic
→ Understanding of email safety (reply-all, data leakage, user approval flows)
Security & privacy
→ Handling user data responsibly
→ Token storage & rotation
→ Minimizing data sent to LLMs
→ Logging, auditability, and kill switches for AI actions
Who you'll work with:
Ali (CTO) – Computer science, data engineer + game dev background. Specializes in architecting AI solutions that actually work in production
Johannes (CEO) – 8 years building companies. (Josu Media, Blinc Collective). Deep Nordic business relationships. Handles sales, clients and strategy.
Benjamin (CMO & growth lead) - Brings extensive marketing expertise and builds the content, lead and sales growth engine.
