Job Description
Pay Rate: $45-$65/hr W2 (dependent on experience)
Duration: 2 week project, 40 hours per week
Location: 100% Remote
What You’ll Do:
- Create, maintain, and iterate on Rive animation assets for product tours, setup workflows, in-app experiences, and product documentation.
- Partner with the UX team, Design System Lead and Content Strategist to make cohesive, user focused experiences
- Collaborate with UX designers to refine layouts, resolve visual and interaction issues, and ensure consistency across products.
- Support the UX team with documentation, specifications, and production-ready deliverables that help developers bring designs to life.
- Partner closely with Engineering to understand implementation patterns, platform constraints, and performance considerations for animation.
- Ensure Rive animations are production-ready and follow best practices across mobile and web platforms, balancing quality, performance, and accessibility.
What You’ll Need
Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in visual design, interaction design, or animation design.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of visual design principles, interaction design, and UX best practices.
- Deep experience working in Rive to create cohesive, development-ready animations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with software engineers, including working in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to interpret direction and collaborate effectively with senior UX and visual designers.
- Experience working within a design system and collaborating in Figma.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- Experience with iOS and Android visual design standards.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive motion design practices.
- Exposure to working with 3D renders.
