We are seeking a developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our remote team, help us build robust web applications, and push the boundaries of what our digital platforms can do.
What You Will Do
- Build & Optimize: Develop efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code (Core 7.x/8.x) for complex web applications.
- Database Management: Design and maintain optimized SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Integrate: Work on API integrations, potentially involving Google Ad Manager (DFP) and other AdTech platforms.
- Collaborate: Work in an Agile/Scrum environment using Git for version control.
- Innovate: Explore new technologies, including AI tools and Agentic coding workflows, to improve development efficiency.
The "Must-Haves" (Requirements)
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional Software Engineering experience.
- Core Tech: Strong command of Core PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Frontend Literacy: Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX (to ensure seamless backend integration).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills (essential for our remote collaboration).
- Mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote environment.
The "Nice-to-Haves" (Bonus Points)
- AdTech Experience: Prior work with Google Ad Manager / DFP is a massive advantage.
- Frameworks: Experience with Laravel (PHP) or React.js.
- DevOps/Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services or DevOps practices.
