What you will do:

• Ideate and prototype novel interfaces for how candidates and companies interact with autonomous AI agents
• Collaborate closely with the technical founding team to translate complex AI capabilities into simple, empathetic user experiences
• Evolve the product's aesthetic and character, ensuring a consistent and world-class design language across B2C and B2B platforms
