The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Full Stack Developer to join our team in Suva, Fiji. You will be the architect behind our digital solutions, bridging the gap between elegant front-end interfaces and powerful back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and integrate sleek, responsive UI components using React.
• Design and scale high-performance back-end services with Node.js.
• Handle complex data structures and optimization using SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Write "gold-standard" code, perform rigorous debugging, and deploy seamless applications.
• Work with a global team to turn big ideas into functional reality.

Your Technical Toolkit

• Experience: 4–5 years of solid Full-Stack Development (this is a firm requirement).
• Back-End: Mastery of Node.js.
• Front-End: Strong expertise in React.
• Database: Proven track record with SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.

Relocation & Contract Details (For India-Based Talent)

We make your transition to the islands as smooth as possible! Please review our structured relocation plan:

1. Phase 1 (The Kickoff): 6-month initial contract on-site in Suva, Fiji.

2. Phase 2 (The Break): Return home to India for 2 months to recharge.

3. Phase 3 (The Commitment): Return to Fiji for a 3-year consecutive term.

4. Vacation Policy: During the 3-year term, enjoy 1 month of paid salary leave annually to visit India.

5. Accommodation: We provide your housing here in Fiji!

*Note: 1st Air travel to/from India would be provided by the company. After that, airfare for all travel to/from India is the responsibility of the candidate. Candidates have to cover their own meals, groceries, and personal expenses.*
