As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, youโll lead the development of AdsGencyโs partner ecosystem โ from global ad platforms and creative agencies to enterprise brands, data providers, and AI tooling startups.
Youโll own the process of identifying, negotiating, and scaling partnerships that accelerate AdsGencyโs growth โ whether through integrations, co-marketing, channel sales, or ecosystem alliances.
This role combines business development, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership, working directly with founders and GTM leads to expand AdsGencyโs footprint across industries and markets.
โข ๐ค Develop Key Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with high-impact partners โ ad networks, AI platforms, creative tech, and performance agencies.
โข ๐ Strategic Negotiation: Structure partnership deals and integrations that drive mutual value and revenue growth.
โข โ๏ธ Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AdsGency into partner platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, APIs, AI tools, etc.).
โข ๐ก Co-Marketing & GTM: Plan and execute joint go-to-market programs with partners โ including events, campaigns, and ecosystem launches.
โข ๐ Revenue Enablement: Build and manage referral, reseller, and co-sell programs to expand AdsGencyโs enterprise reach.
โข ๐งญ Market Intelligence: Research emerging players and opportunities in the AI x AdTech landscape to inform partnership strategy.
โข ๐ฃ Thought Leadership: Represent AdsGency at conferences, panels, and ecosystem events โ building brand and business presence globally.
โ 4โ8 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales
โ Deep understanding of the AdTech / MarTech ecosystem โ including DSPs, agencies, data platforms, and marketing automation tools
โ Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
โ Ability to turn partnerships into measurable business outcomes โ not just MOUs
โ Strategic mindset with the execution ability to move deals from concept to launch
โ Excellent communication and storytelling skills โ you can speak to both C-suite and engineers
โ Entrepreneurial drive, bias for action, and comfort operating in 0โ1 environments
โจ Existing network in the AdTech, media, or AI startup ecosystem
โ๏ธ Experience structuring API, integration, or OEM partnerships
๐ Track record of building joint GTM or co-sell programs
๐ฑ Prior experience at an early-stage startup or venture-backed company
๐ฏ Familiarity with Google, Meta, TikTok, OpenAI, or LangChain partner programs
