๐Ÿง  The Role โ€“ Strategic Partnerships Manager


As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, youโ€™ll lead the development of AdsGencyโ€™s partner ecosystem โ€” from global ad platforms and creative agencies to enterprise brands, data providers, and AI tooling startups.


Youโ€™ll own the process of identifying, negotiating, and scaling partnerships that accelerate AdsGencyโ€™s growth โ€” whether through integrations, co-marketing, channel sales, or ecosystem alliances.


This role combines business development, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership, working directly with founders and GTM leads to expand AdsGencyโ€™s footprint across industries and markets.


๐Ÿ”ง What Youโ€™ll Do


โ€ข ๐Ÿค Develop Key Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with high-impact partners โ€” ad networks, AI platforms, creative tech, and performance agencies.

โ€ข ๐ŸŒ Strategic Negotiation: Structure partnership deals and integrations that drive mutual value and revenue growth.

โ€ข โš™๏ธ Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AdsGency into partner platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, APIs, AI tools, etc.).

โ€ข ๐Ÿ’ก Co-Marketing & GTM: Plan and execute joint go-to-market programs with partners โ€” including events, campaigns, and ecosystem launches.

โ€ข ๐Ÿ“Š Revenue Enablement: Build and manage referral, reseller, and co-sell programs to expand AdsGencyโ€™s enterprise reach.

โ€ข ๐Ÿงญ Market Intelligence: Research emerging players and opportunities in the AI x AdTech landscape to inform partnership strategy.

โ€ข ๐Ÿ—ฃ Thought Leadership: Represent AdsGency at conferences, panels, and ecosystem events โ€” building brand and business presence globally.


๐Ÿ’ก What You Bring


โœ… 4โ€“8 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales

โœ… Deep understanding of the AdTech / MarTech ecosystem โ€” including DSPs, agencies, data platforms, and marketing automation tools

โœ… Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

โœ… Ability to turn partnerships into measurable business outcomes โ€” not just MOUs

โœ… Strategic mindset with the execution ability to move deals from concept to launch

โœ… Excellent communication and storytelling skills โ€” you can speak to both C-suite and engineers

โœ… Entrepreneurial drive, bias for action, and comfort operating in 0โ†’1 environments
