Vice President of Marketing


The Role

We’re looking for a data-loving, growth-obsessed VP of Marketing to lead a high-impact, revenue-driven marketing engine. You’ll own awareness, acquisition, and product adoption across a multi-product SaaS platform—turning curiosity into customers and customers into champions.

Reporting to the CRO, you’ll blend Marketing + Demand Gen + Brand into one cohesive strategy, while building a team that moves fast, tests often, and delivers real pipeline results.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full funnel—from first click to paid, retained, and expanding customers
  • Drive Product-Led Growth through smarter onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and in-product experiences
  • Partner tightly with Sales, Product, Growth, and CX to hit revenue goals
  • Scale demand gen, ABM, and events to support mid-market growth
  • Turn data into decisions with clear attribution, CAC/LTV models, and forecasts
  • Elevate brand storytelling, content, SEO, and community presence
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing, results-driven marketing team


What You Bring

  • Proven success scaling B2B SaaS marketing with measurable revenue impact
  • Deep hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and A/B testing
  • Strong PLG chops: activation, retention, expansion, and lifecycle automation
  • Comfort managing big budgets—and making them pay off
  • Analytical mindset with a love for dashboards, experiments, and optimization
  • Experience partnering with Sales on mid-market or larger deals


Bonus Points

  • SMB or PE-backed B2B SaaS experience
  • Product Marketing leadership
  • Prior VP of Marketing (or ready-for-it energy)
