Location: On-site 3 days/week in Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $55-65/hr (converting to $70-95k/yr + Bonus + Benefits)

Overview:
This role provides Level 2/3 support across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and Windows desktop environments. You’ll partner with IT teams to support users, manage devices, and improve reliability, security, and documentation.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Manage user accounts, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
- Troubleshoot email, collaboration, authentication, and sync issues.
- Support M365 security features (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, retention).
- Administer endpoint management using Intune / Endpoint Manager or similar MDM tools.
- Enroll, configure, and manage Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Deploy applications, OS updates, and security patches.
- Provide advanced Windows 10/11 desktop and hardware support.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements.
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles.
- 3-5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Azure Active Directory administration (users, groups, Conditional Access basics).
- Experience with MDM/endpoint tools (Intune strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office apps, VPNs, and basic networking.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve tickets within SLAs.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users.
- PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
- Familiarity with security concepts (MFA, device compliance, encryption, endpoint protection).
- Experience in hybrid AD / Azure AD environments.
