🎯 Role Summary

Lead the Cloud Engineering team responsible for the company’s core infrastructure, ensuring a secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient platform that supports over 100 developers and product teams. This is a highly technical role with a strong focus on Azure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Cloud Engineering team.
• Design and evolve Azure infrastructure (AKS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Ensure monitoring, observability, and reliability (Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor).
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, SRE, Platform, and FinOps teams.
• Support cloud migrations (on-premise → Azure / AWS).
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide technical leadership.

🎓 Requirements

• Professional with 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering / DevOps, with proven leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (PaaS / IaaS).
• Solid expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and observability tools.
• English level B2 or C1 (conversational) — interview conducted in English.
• Availability to work on PST schedule.
