System Administrator

FXBO is a CRM product for Forex, with over 9 years on the market and 150+ clients worldwide. The platform provides extensive functionality for both clients and managers of forex companies, including lead management, verification, finances, integration with trading platforms (MT4, MT5, CTrader, DevXperts, XOpenHub, and others), reports, automation, and much more. Additional logical blocks are developed and offered as separate modules.

We are currently looking for a System Administrator who can independently take on the following tasks:

• Server monitoring
• Assisting clients with project setup:

1. Database configuration
2. Network file system configuration
3. Web server configuration
4. Firewall setup
5. SSL certificates configuration

• Developing "infrastructure as code" on SaltStack
• Security certification
• DevOps tasks

What we use:

1. A monolithic application on Symfony with separate subprojects for specific clients
2. Automated code checks, testing, and deployment
3. Technologies and tools:

• SaltStack and Chef for deploying and updating nodes (we are transitioning from Chef to SaltStack)
• GitLab, Docker, Telegraf + InfluxDB + Grafana, CheckMK
• jQuery, Vue
• PHP 8.1, Symfony + Twig, MySQL, Redis, Nginx
• PHPUnit
• Our own task management system

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience with cloud providers (setup, monitoring, resource optimization)
• Experience with SaltStack/Chef/Ansible for both Windows and Linux
• Experience with MySQL, upgrading from 5.7 to 8 (configuration, monitoring, replication, etc.)
• Experience automating routine tasks with Python/Bash
• Familiarity with GitLab, Docker, VPN, mail servers, etc.
• English level B1 or higher
