Digital Resource is seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our talented Web Team. Reporting to the Website Development Manager, you will build, deploy, and maintain websites for a diverse clientele. This role involves front-end development, collaboration with designers, account managers, and adherence to industry best practices to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain websites in Webflow and WordPress, implementing new features and customizations.
- Create website layouts and user interfaces while collaborating with designers to match visual intent.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best practices.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Optimize websites for search engines (SEO), speed, and performance.
- Perform website updates, content management, and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain, expand, and scale client websites.
- Stay up-to-date with web development trends, technologies, and industry standards to propose improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, meet client expectations, and provide progress updates.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in web development.
- Experience building sites in Webflow.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and estimate development timelines.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- General understanding of AI-assisted development workflows and the ability to collaborate with AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and prototyping.
- Experience building custom themes and plugins for WordPress.
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Knowledge of Shopify theme development and Liquid templating.
- Experience implementing SEO enhancements and web performance optimizations.
- Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to mentor junior developers.
- Experience using AI-driven development platforms (such as Lovable.dev, Bolt.new, or v0.dev) to build, refine, or accelerate full-stack applications.
Position Details
This role reports directly to the Website Development Manager and involves managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and on time.
