*1+ years of HR admin experience
*Proficient with MS Office including intermediate Excel to run reports
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

- The HR Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, confidential services to employees and serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, manages HR communications, and supports various HR initiatives and events as needed.
- Administrative Support: Manage the department calendar, daily HR inbox inquires, process referral bonus payouts, prepare correspondence, and coordinate meetings as needed. Process and update employee’s personal information in our HRIS database. Order business cards for assigned departments and manage milestone anniversary communications, order onboarding gifts, and special occasion acknowledgments.
- Onboarding & Employee Records: Coordinate the electronic onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of forms, documents, and background checks. Complete and verify Form I-9 documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Employee Support: Provides “receptionist-like” services for the department, managing the general department inbox and responding to employee inquiries professionally and helpfully. Answer frequently asked questions about standard policies, benefits, and hiring processes, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Process offer letters by use of our HRIS; comfortable using and learning systems and software is important. Will also assist with processing background checks for new hires.
- Maintains up-to-date HR blog posts on the company intranet.
