About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong email marketing skills to support our growing marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of visual design, email lifecycle marketing, and performance optimization. You’ll create branded assets, manage email campaigns and automations, and use data to continuously improve how our content performs.
This is a fully remote, US-based role reporting to the Head of Marketing. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to life in a clear, organized, and repeatable way.
What You'll Do
Content Development & Design
- Create branded visual assets for email, social media, paid campaigns, and website use
- Develop reusable templates and design systems aligned with brand guidelines
- Repurpose educational and health-focused content into high-converting formats (e.g., email graphics, carousels, infographics, short-form video visuals)
Email Marketing & Lifecycle Automation
- Build and manage email campaigns, flows, and automations
- Segment lists and tailor messaging for different audience groups
- Run A/B tests and monitor performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Work within Klaviyo (or similar ESP); experience building flows and tracking engagement is a strong plus
Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Collaborate on campaign calendars and ensure creative supports marketing goals
- Use data from GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo to optimize emails and creative for conversion
- Ensure accurate tracking of purchase and conversion events across campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing leadership, product, and customer success teams across time zones
- Organize, tag, and maintain creative assets for reuse using tools like Trello or Confluence
- Adjust creative based on feedback, analytics, and platform-specific requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for clean, on-brand visuals
- Hands-on experience building and managing email campaigns and automations
- Comfort working with performance data and using it to guide creative decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, collaborative environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt based on feedback and results
