We’re looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive real-world business and product solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy applying AI/ML techniques, working with large datasets, and collaborating with engineers and data scientists in a remote-first environment.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
• Preprocess and engineer features from structured and unstructured data
• Build scalable pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Monitor model performance and optimise for accuracy and efficiency
• Integrate machine learning solutions into production systems
• Document methodologies, code, and model workflows
• Stay up-to-date with emerging ML techniques, frameworks, and tools

• 1–5 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI engineering
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks/libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost)
• Experience with SQL and data processing pipelines
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and feature engineering
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
