We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that inform business decisions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with BI tools, dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and optimise dashboards and BI reports
- Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics
- Support data-driven decision-making across departments
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Create visualisations and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Stay up-to-date with BI tools, technologies, and best practices
- 1–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or analytics roles
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, and reporting best practices
- Experience with Excel and data manipulation tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
