This product plays the role of spreading teamwork globally to achieve the company's corporate philosophy. It serves as a Business Improvement Platform supporting every type of work, for every person, in every industry, and is currently used by over 38,000 customers both domestically and internationally.


While the product is highly regarded in Japan as a B2B SaaS originating here, it is merely one of many startups globally. There is still much work to be done to grow the product into one used worldwide.


The product's development organization exceeds 100 people in size. Teams are structured and responsibilities are divided based on domain and technology area. Essential to customer delivery are the mechanisms for operating the product on private/public clouds and the necessary backend services that support the service. By promoting Service Platform Development, the company aims to build a mechanism that allows customers to use the product with confidence and enables value to be delivered quickly.

【Responsibilities】

You will be responsible for the development and operation of the platform and backend services that support the product. You will communicate with the product development teams to resolve development complexities, identify and correct operational issues, and more.


Examples of activities include:

・Design and operation of cloud and development infrastructure utilized in common by internal teams and product development teams.

・Driving development efficiency and standardization through IaC (Infrastructure as Code), CI/CD, Kubernetes, and other tools.

・Supporting the improvement of operational challenges in collaboration with the product development teams.

・Creating mechanisms for monitoring, security, and reliability enhancement.


【Development Environment (Example)】

Backend Services: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Go

Infrastructure: Kubernetes-based private cloud (for the domestic market), with AWS used for some features

Monitoring: Grafana, PagerDuty, etc.

【Required】

Empathy for the corporate philosophy

5+ years of web application development experience

Experience developing web applications using JVM languages such as Java/Kotlin

Experience developing and operating containerized applications for production workloads


【Preferred】

Experience building systems using Kubernetes

Understanding and practical experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code

Experience leading teams and projects
