About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist who can use data to improve learning outcomes, mentor effectiveness, and overall platform performance. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to build data-driven solutions that support personalized learning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze student learning data, mentor performance, and platform metrics
- Build and deploy machine learning models for personalized learning paths and recommendations
- Develop predictive models to track learner progress, engagement, and completion rates
- Clean, preprocess, and manage structured and unstructured datasets
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and mentorship teams
- Create dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Translate data insights into actionable improvements for training programs
- Continuously monitor and optimize model performance
- Stay updated with the latest data science tools and industry trends
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and data science libraries
- Good understanding of machine learning, statistics, and analytical techniques
- Experience with SQL and data analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Exposure to cloud platforms is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment
- Interest in education, mentorship, or training-focused platforms
