Senior Cryptography Engineer - Blockchain

Location: Poland (100% remote)| Type: B2B, Full-Time

I'm currently looking for an experienced Senior Cryptography Engineer ready to take on new challenges in their career!

My client is building the new operating system (O/S) for global finance. The company is growing fast, with $400B on the platform in 2025 and $1T in 2026. They are building "unified ledgers" with massive infrastructure (currently 20 million transactions per day, ready to scale up to 50 million). I'm seeking a Senior Cryptography Engineer with expertise in zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) and multi-party computation (MPC) to join a blockchain team focused on institutional-grade privacy.

You will design, optimize, and implement cryptographic protocols powering high-performance ZK applications across a decentralized finance infrastructure.

Senior Cryptography Engineer - Responsibilities:

• Design zkSNARK / zkSTARK / Plonk / Bulletproof circuits;
• Implement and optimize ZK protocols using tools like gnark, circom, Arkworks;
• Collaborate on secure blockchain protocol design;
• Stay up to date with research and cryptographic trends;
• Mentor engineers on secure design patterns.

Senior Cryptography Engineer - Requirements:

• Proven experience in cryptography, ZKPs, commitment schemes;
• Experience with circuit-building frameworks (e.g., gnark, snarkjs, circom);
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and secure systems;
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field preferred;
• Fluent English.
