Job Summary:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. HR Leadership & Employee Life-Cycle Management
● Foster a positive work culture by designing and implementing Company policies, employee engagement initiatives, boosting morale, and addressing employee concerns proactively. Ensure effective communication across teams, share company updates, and organize employee engagement events.
● Implement a robust PMS aligned with business goals and ensure regular and transparent communication around performance expectations, goals, and outcomes.
● Manage and maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
● Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
● Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
● Conduct exit interviews and exit formalities with employees and record them and prepare Full & Final Accordingly.
2. Payroll Management
● Work closely with leadership to develop & implement competitive compensation & benefits strategies, including ESOPs, salary budgeting & benchmarking, health insurance and perks.
● Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with external partners, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement factoring in all statutory deductions, benefits, and allowances.
3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
● Oversee recruitment by working with your team, agencies, and managers to strategise and define roles, build pipelines, run preliminary or closure conversations, structure compensation and negotiation, do reference checks, and onboard candidates.
● Effective communication and insights to develop qualitative nuances of candidates, managing expectations, reducing drop-offs, and creating excitement leading up to onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
4. Compliance
● Manage attendance, leaves, payroll, and compliance for on roll employees.
● Lead the upkeep, effective communication, and implementation of HR policies including conduct, POSH, leave management, grievances, Inclusion etc.
● Ensure compliance and records maintenance of all HR-related legal & statutory needs, including but not limited to labor laws, Factory Act, Industrial Dispute, Standing Orders, Contract Labor, Employee Compensation, Employees Provident Fund, POSH, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Employment Exchange, Apprentice, and other applicable regulations.
● Audit support
5. Administrative Leadership
● Oversee safe daily office functions with your Admin team, supplies, maintenance,

and vendor relationships to ensure a smooth and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, implement safety protocols, and conduct regular audits.
● Manage employee wellness fund and cash budgeting and utilisation, including proper documentation, tracking and compliance with financial policies. Oversee employee travel and reimbursements efficiently.
Qualification:
● 5+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Manager / HRBP / HR Generalist
● Prior experience in a startup, tech, gaming, or product organisation is strongly preferred
● MBA / Master’s degree in HR or a related field
● Hands-on experience across HR operations, compliance, payroll, and talent acquisition
● Good to have someone from Gaming company
● Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills including verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills and negotiation skills.
● Strong problem solving/consulting skills.
● Strong analytical and presentation skills hence excellent MS office knowledge is a Mandate
Knowledge/Abilities:
● Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
● High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
● Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
● Analytical mindset with strong MS Excel / MS Office proficiency

● Good knowledge of Statutory compliance and Audit requirement
● Knowledge of Sexual harassment / ICC Committee and the compliance towards the same.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
