Job Summary
Oversees daily production operations at large or multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring efficient and smooth workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead staffing, development, and performance programs for operations staff.
- Ensure safety, scheduling, and performance standards are consistently met.
- Implement measures to enhance safety, reduce costs, and assure quality.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relates to the field
- Fluent English
Problem Solving:
- Capture and share solutions from problem-solving efforts.
- Assemble teams to address issues efficiently.
- Apply various techniques and standardize practices.
- Persuade stakeholders even when in the minority.
- Present convincing assessments to decision-makers.
- Advise on building rapport and adapting to different styles.

- Expert in variety of Staff and Supervisory Positions
- Expert in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations
- P&L Management (Budgeting, Forecasting) Quality System Management (6 Sigma, CQMS, ISO, Lean, APQP) Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Knowledge including Safety Management, Performance Management, Project Planning, Manufacturing Standards and NPI/NSI Process
- Machining and Assembly Technical Knowledge
- Location: Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon.
- This position is five-day a week in-office model.
