🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a Gen AI Lead who is a hands-on architect with deep experience in integrating Generative AI solutions into complex enterprise ecosystems. This role requires a strong foundation in Data Engineering, Classical Machine Learning, and enterprise architecture, along with the ability to guide customers and teams through large-scale AI transformations.

This is a strategic + hands-on role, ideal for professionals ready to work on global programs and relocate to Japan after the initial phase.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design and integrate Generative AI (LLM-based) solutions into existing enterprise environments
• Integrate GenAI with legacy systems such as ERP, CRM, and large data platforms
• Architect systems using Vector Databases, Graph Databases, and complex SQL-based data stores
• Build and manage robust ETL / ELT data pipelines for GenAI use cases
• Apply Hybrid AI approaches—choosing between Classical ML (Regression, Classification) and GenAI as appropriate
• Define enterprise data strategies, selecting optimal database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL, Graph, Cache)
• Implement data governance, including lineage, PII handling, and access control
• Design event-driven architectures and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Lead integration testing, regression testing, and QA strategies
• Act as a trusted architectural advisor to customers and internal stakeholders

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 10–14 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 1–2 years in an Architect role
• Strong experience in Generative AI & LLM integration
• Solid Data Engineering background (ETL/ELT, pipelines, data modeling)
• Good understanding of Classical Machine Learning techniques
• Experience working with enterprise-scale, complex systems
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Willingness to relocate to Japan after 18 months (mandatory)
