Job Summary

The Director, Total Rewards plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing the Compensation & Benefits strategies across the region, ensuring that the company's compensation structures, benefits offerings, and mobility programs align with organizational goals, market trends, and legal requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement global C&B strategies aligned with organizational goals and market benchmarking.
  • Managing the compensation and benefits budget, bonus evaluation, designing the compensation plan and total rewards.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits programs and policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities related to compensation and benefits expenses.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and industry trends to adapt C&B programs accordingly.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on C&B metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders on C&B matters, including training and development initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee benefits.
  • Regularly review and assess benefits programs to ensure they are cost-effective and competitive.
  • Negotiate with benefit providers and oversee the administration of all benefits-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to benefits in all operating regions.
  • Global Mobility:
  • Develop and manage the company’s global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments, relocations, and international transfers.
  • Create and implement policies and procedures for international assignments, including compensation packages, tax compliance, and immigration.
  • Provide support and resources to employees and their families during international assignments.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors such as relocation service providers and immigration consultants.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee and manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams to streamline payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize costs and service quality. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree of any discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably at regional or global level.
