Onboarding Specialist Contractor | Dealership Software Deployment
We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist Contractor to join our team supporting automotive dealerships nationwide. If you have experience with software implementation, dealership operations, or digital enablement—and are comfortable traveling to client sites—this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all phases of dealership software deployment, from initial assessment to post-installation support
- Serve as the primary point of contact between dealerships, vendors, and internal teams
- Oversee installation and integration of Dealership Management Software (DMS) systems, including finance, inventory, and CRM tools
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, escalating as needed to ensure smooth project execution
- Train dealership teams on software functionality, best practices, and change adoption
- Maintain detailed documentation of implementations, configurations, and lessons learned for process improvement
What You Bring:
- Experience in software implementation, digital enablement, dealership operations, or technical customer support
- Familiarity with Dealership Management Software (DMS) and automotive business processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% to dealership locations
- Preferred: Experience with Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or prior dealership experience

📍 Location: Fully Remote
💵 Pay: $55 – $57/hour on w2
