Knowledge, Skills, Competencies And Responsibilities
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Develop social media campaigns
- Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
- Update social media content across all channelsKnowledge of creating viral content for social media
- Good Experience in Photoshop / Canva and other similar Applications relevant to social media and other editing applications
- Candidate should have knowledge on A/B split testing, Bid caps, cost caps
- Expert knowledge in acquiring sales through social media paid campaignsEngage with customers and followers
- Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Knows how to A/B split test on ads/images/texts/videos
- Knows how to measure ROI
- Knows how to create ecommerce store inFB/insta/pinterest
- Knows How to run In mail capaign on Linked IN
