Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including custom connectors, workflows, certifications, and lifecycle events.
- Lead IAM architecture, integrations with AD, LDAP, SaaS apps (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), and provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in identity governance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (certifications like SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer highly regarded).
- Proven architecture experience in IAM solutions – highly desirable for leading complex projects.
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell/BeanShell scripting, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Experience with SailPoint modules (e.g., connectors, SOD, access requests) and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
Bonus Points:
- Sydney local (preference for those already living/working here for seamless hybrid setup).
- Knowledge of Australian regulations (e.g., APRA, Notifiable Data Breaches).
- Prior experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or other IAM tools (Okta, Ping, Saviynt).
