Architect (Revit) - Construction Documentation

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Architect with experience in Revit, as well as expertise in architectural project coordination and detailed construction drawings. The ideal candidate will excel in developing all construction documentation, from facade sections, to wall typologies and other technical details, while maintaining high-quality Revit models and meeting building code, zoning code, and Department of Buildings (DoB) standards.

WE WILL REQUEST A PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLE PROJECT(S) FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient.
• Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience.
• Knowledge in Design Software tools: such as AutoCAD, Revit and Lumion.
• Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations relative to all construction details.
• Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload.
• Experience and proficiency in drafting, and also using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit for drawings, is required.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, and wall typologies, for DoB approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop high-quality 3D renderings using Lumion as the preferred software. (se aceptan otros programas)
• Create comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain Revit models with accuracy, ensuring compliance with architectural and construction standards.
• Ensure all designs are code-compliant, meet client expectations, and meet project deadlines.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements.
• Manage and maintain project documentation and deliverables with precision.
