AI Product Owner for AI Factory

For one of my customer we are looking for a AI Product Owner for a AI Factory.

Duration: 6+ months renewable

Location: Europe(100% remote)

Description:

The AI Factory Product Owner owns the end-to-end delivery and evolution of the AI Factory, including platforms, tooling, reusable components, and AI-enabled products (e.g. chatbots, copilots, APIs). The role ensures that multiple squads operate with a shared vision, coherent backlog, and clear priorities, while maintaining speed, quality, and governance.

This position emphasizes technical depth, product leadership, and multi-team coordination in a fast moving AI environment.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst delivering software products.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working in agile development environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, technical products or platforms, preferably at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini), AI architectures, and AI product lifecycles.
• Experience working with multi-team or multi-squad delivery models.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Strong data-driven mindset (OKRs, KPIs, metrics-based prioritization).
• Certifications (preferred): CSPO or PSPO I
