Job Description

Providing technical support services for all support tickets open by our customers for issues on VMC on AWS.


Responsibilities:

  • Experience in providing technical support for multiple platforms . (Unix, Linux, Windows)
  • Familiarity with Hypervisors (ESXi, Hyper-V, Xenserver, KVM, etc).
  • Linux/Unix administration basic skills.
  • Strong networking skills with a knowledge of NSX-T.
  • Extensive administration and support experience with Windows server operating systems, and workstation operating systems in large enterprise environments (thousands of systems).


Qualifications:

A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related field or equivalent experience.


Required Skills:

Exceptional communication (written and verbal, internal and external) and presentation skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Quality, out-of-the-box thinker that is open-minded, creative, intelligent, and self-confident.
