Senior Security / DevSecOps Engineer

We are currently working with a B2B tech product company that is on the lookout for a Security / DevSecOps pro. This is a senior role working closely with the CTO within a rapidly growing company that provides an infrastructure & platform management / visibility product.

The role:

• Act as the go-to person for automation, infrastructure security, & proactive threat detection
• Guide teams to adopt DevSecOps practices and collaborate with them to design secure-by-default workflows and infrastructure
• Administer and automate GitHub and JFrog management using IAC
• Lead and coordinate penetration testing efforts (scoping, vendor engagement, remediation tracking etc.)

The company:

• ~100 person start-up (series B) now in the scaling phase off the back of very solid revenue and funding
• Core product is a network / infrastructure management & visibility tool with thousands of enterprise customers
• Remote first working East Coast hours (candidates must be based in the US and in Eastern or Central time zones)

To be considered, you must have:

• 5+ years of experience in security & platform engineering
• Extensive commercial experience in Python and/or Go
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (ie. Terraform)
