As a Power BI Developer/Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in keeping the Finance Business Partner organization at the forefront of digital finance and data management. You will drive the development of sustainable finance intelligence solutions and lead the digital finance agenda within FBP. You will collaborate closely with business and IT teams to translate requirements, coordinate tool implementations, and manage end-to-end delivery including documentation, UAT, communication, and user trainings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, focusing on performance management and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain robust data models (DAX, Power Query/M), ensuring semantic consistency and scalability.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs) and strengthen data management to improve insights and decision-making.
• Develop business applications using Power Apps to support finance workflows and operational needs.
• Automate workflows and data processes with Power Automate, establishing automated processes to enhance business efficiency.
• Optimize the performance of reports and data models, adhering to best practices for data quality and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document solutions comprehensively and ensure ongoing data quality, governance, and compliance.
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

You have a degree in IT, Finance, or Business and have a minimum of three years of professional experience. You possess excellent technical skills in data management and digital solutions with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. You also have strong communication and relationship-building abilities, enabling you to connect technical solutions to business needs and effectively advocate for them across the organization.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development.
• Is familiar with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Can translate business needs into practical analytical solutions.
• Works confidently in English.
• Has basic experience or interest in Azure) – nice to have.
