ROLE: Senior Software Engineer (could also be Principal)

Location: Shelton, CT- ONSITE (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE)

Role - Senior Software Engineer (could also be Principal)

Experience - need between 10-25 years of experience needed for this role.

Location: Shelton, CT area; 5 days onsite role, no remote or hybrid

Relocation expense - Relocation for surrounding states is fine, $5-$10K, sign on bonus as relocation assistance

Domain: Industrial Automation Robotics

Interview: Teams Meetings (2)– then potential onsite interview (client pays)

Salary: $150-$175K, 6-13% bonus

Job Details

10+ years of experience with C++, Embedded Development, RTOS, and Control systems are needed for this role.

Bachelor’s degree as a minimum is also needed for this role.

As a software engineer, you’ll develop embedded systems in C++, working across the full software development lifecycle, from design and device driver development to integration and testing. You’ll tackle complex hardware and software challenges, building reliable, high performance systems that directly control real machines and impact operations. This is a fast paced environment where your contributions are visible, and your growth is continuous.
