- You will be the dedicated design expert on a product team, responsible for translating user needs, business requirements, and research findings into intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive digital experiences.
- You will own the design process from concept to detailed handoff, working closely with a UX researcher, product managers, and engineers.
- The ideal candidate is a strong interaction designer who is proficient with modern design tools and passionate about solving complex problems in a user-centered way.
Requirements for the role:
Must Have's:
- 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for web and mobile applications.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including component creation and auto-layout.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and high-quality UI deliverables.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system.
Nice to Have's:
- Experience designing for insurance, fintech, or enterprise applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with prototyping tools for micro-interactions (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie).
- Ability to conduct lightweight usability testing and heuristic reviews.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g., Graphic, Interaction, Industrial), HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
