As a Remote Junior Front-End Developer Specialist, you will work closely with senior developers, designers, and product teams to build, optimize, and maintain user-facing components across Loyal To Cumbria’s platform. You will play an active role in improving performance, usability, and consistency across front-end features.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development & Implementation
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces
- Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in line with best practices
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and layouts
- Assist with implementing new features and enhancements
- Optimize front-end code for performance, accessibility, and usability
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs and layout issues
- Work closely with designers to accurately translate UI/UX designs into functional components
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Test front-end features across browsers and devices
- Ensure consistency and reliability across different screen sizes and environments
- Support accessibility standards and responsive design principles
