About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong digital design skills and basic short-form video editing experience to support our social media and marketing efforts. This role is design-first, with video as a secondary skill.

The ideal candidate is highly fluent in Spanish, has a strong visual eye, and can consistently produce high-quality graphics for social media using Illustrator and Canva, along with simple, effective video edits for short-form content.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (Primary Focus)

• Design high-quality social media assets including:
• Static posts
• Carousels
• Digital ads
• Promotional graphics
• Create branded content using Adobe Illustrator and Canva
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital platforms
• Adapt designs quickly for different formats and platforms

Social Media Video (Secondary Focus):

• Edit short-form social media videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Perform basic video editing: trimming, sequencing, light text overlays
• Work with existing footage to produce engaging, on-brand content
• Use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

Content Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on creative concepts
• Translate ideas and briefs into polished visual assets
• Support ongoing content needs with fast turnaround times

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Fluent or native Spanish (mandatory)
• Working proficiency in English
• Strong graphic design skills with:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Proven experience designing digital content for social media
• Basic short-form video editing experience
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and branding
• Portfolio showcasing social media and digital design work

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Familiarity with social media trends and formats
• Experience designing ads or marketing creatives
• Motion graphics experience (not required and not a priority)
