Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing construction technology start-up seeking a hands-on Construction Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across demand generation, SEO, content, and sales enablement. You will work closely with the CEO, sales, and product teams to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and scale predictable growth channels in the construction and real estate technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive demand generation and support sales with campaigns, messaging, and content
- Own SEO and content strategy to grow organic traffic and conversions
- Manage brand presence across website, LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms
- Build dashboards and reports, run experiments, and optimize performance
- Support events, webinars, and partnerships where relevant
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (construction tech or real estate preferred)
- Strong background in SEO, content, and organic growth
- Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)
- Comfortable in a startup environment and working closely with founders
- Experience in the GCC / UAE market is an advantage
- Arabic speaking
- Happy to work fully remotely
