Recruiter/Sourcer - Print & Packaging

We partner with print & packaging manufacturers, converters, and suppliers to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions across production, operations, and leadership roles.

With an established client network and growing demand, Bridge Atlas is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Recruiter / Sourcer with a background in manufacturing, industrial, or technical recruitment, ideally someone who has successfully placed operators, supervisors, or production managers. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a flexible environment and wants to grow within a specialized, high-integrity niche agency.

Position Overview

The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and presenting qualified talent for roles within the Print & Packaging sector. This position requires strong sourcing skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of industrial environments. Working directly with leadership, you will support recruitment efforts for digital printing, flexographic, offset, corrugated, and finishing operations across Ontario and Canada-wide.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards using creative outreach strategies and Boolean search.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skill set, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future packaging roles (operators, supervisors, production managers).
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Talent to align on job requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
• Prepare and present qualified candidate shortlists for client review.
• Maintain structured communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage all candidate data, notes, and stages in the company’s ATS/CRM with accuracy.
• Provide timely updates and candidate reports for active searches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition within manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors.
• Proven success placing operators, supervisors, or plant/production managers.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production environments.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, and Boolean techniques.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
• Based in Canada (required).

Compensation & Structure

• 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
