About The Opportunity

We operate in the Residential & Commercial Roofing and Sheet Metal services sector within the Construction & Home Services industry. We deliver projects and customer experiences that balance craftsmanship, safety, and timely communication across trades and homeowner audiences.

Role: Executive Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager (Remote, United States)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal remote executive assistant to senior leadership—manage calendars, email triage, meeting prep, and stakeholder follow-ups to keep leadership focused on high-impact decisions.
  • Build and execute a monthly social strategy for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn—develop content calendars, write captions, create visuals, schedule posts, and monitor performance.
  • Run community management and paid social basics—respond to comments/messages, surface leads, and manage boost/ad campaigns via Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Produce on-brand creative assets using Canva and coordinate with contractors for photography/video; optimize content for engagement and local lead generation.
  • Maintain operational workflows—CRM updates, job intake coordination, vendor follow-ups, and light bookkeeping coordination with external accountants.
  • Deliver weekly analytics reports and actionable recommendations—track KPIs (engagement, reach, lead form completions) and iterate on content and paid strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven track record as a Virtual Executive Assistant or Social Media Manager for consumer-facing services or trades.
  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts for businesses with regular content cadence and promotions.
  • Strong proficiency with Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager for boosting and simple paid campaigns.
  • Advanced competency in Canva and basic graphic/photo editing for social posts.
  • Excellent organization—calendar management, email/account triage, and task workflow tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello/Asana).
  • US-based and available during core EST business hours; reliable remote setup and strong written communication.

Preferred

  • Experience in roofing, construction, or home services marketing.
  • Familiarity with basic CRM entry and lead routing processes (HubSpot or comparable).
  • Exposure to simple video editing or working with creators for short-form content (Reels/TikTok).
