Senior Automation Systems Engineer

Etherwise is a fast-growing AI & automation agency, and we’re at a stage where systems matter more than speed alone. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership, and help shape how our automation systems are designed, built, and scaled.

This is not a support role. This is a builder role.

🔧 What you’ll be working with

• Make.com for complex automation workflows
• Airtable for data modeling, workflows, and system state
• REST APIs (integration, authentication, webhooks)
• Python or JavaScript for building simple REST services
• LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate development and debugging

✅ You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have strong hands-on experience with Make.com
• Are confident designing Airtable schemas and workflows
• Have an excellent understanding of REST APIs
• Can read, understand, and implement from API documentation
• Know how to build simple REST servers in Python or JavaScript
• Think in terms of data flow, edge cases, and failure handling
• Can architect systems visually (UML / sequence / flow diagrams) — good to have
• Are comfortable using LLMs as engineering tools, not crutches
