Market Developer - chemical industry


Location: Poland - fully remote


Reports to: EMEA Market Development Manager


Language Requirement: Fluent Polish and English. German would be an advantage.


ChemPoint is seeking a proactive Market Developer - chemical industry to drive growth across select product lines in diverse industry segments. This hybrid role combines technical product expertise with strategic sales and marketing execution, focused on the Poland and German regions and broader EMEA markets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead targeted technical sales campaigns, engaging directly with end-users and R&D teams to identify and refine product value propositions.
  • Provide technical support during customer transitions to sales territories.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and suppliers to build deep product knowledge and market insight.
  • Deliver product and industry training to internal teams and support sales reps with application development.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy and marketing collateral development.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights with the team.
  • Attend trade shows and supplier meetings to strengthen market presence.


What We’re Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, product development, or industry-specific roles.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential and German proficiency would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with chemical products and applications.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed in EMEA.
