Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize visually appealing website layouts aligned with client objectives and brand identities.
- Apply UX design principles for seamless navigation and optimal user flow across devices.
- Design responsive interfaces, optimize visual assets, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. A relevant portfolio is required.
- 5+ years of experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of web design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and responsive design.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices, understanding the capabilities and limitations of front-end development.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
