We’re hiring Telecommunications Manager in LATAM . It's 100% remote role

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage all enterprise telecom circuitry, including landline, long-distance, data, and wireless services across multiple vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) partners, carriers, and related vendors.
  • Gather technical requirements for new installations (e.g., demarcation, handoff) and work with vendors to design optimal network solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to telecommunication protocols.
  • Negotiate with telecom vendors to secure cost-effective network circuitry solutions.
  • Evaluate vendor contract terms and rates, including redlining for new and renewal agreements.
  • Manage vendor onboarding by collecting regulatory and tax information for internal accounting systems.
  • Analyze, validate, and approve invoices for enterprise telecom services.
  • Reconcile carrier invoices in compliance with AP/GL processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of telecom circuitry, equipment, and services across corporate and customer locations.
  • Support enterprise projects, including technology upgrades and replacement of end-of-life services and equipment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation related to inventory, invoicing, and dispute resolution.
  • Audit telecom and wireless services by analyzing invoice and inventory data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Activate, configure, and ship telecom equipment such as routers, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Analyze historical data to identify network trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor telecom circuit performance and usage using network equipment manufacturer tools.
  • Design and develop implementation roadmaps for small-scale telecom installations.
  • Lead telecom-related projects and escalate risks or roadblocks to management.
  • Support and manage telecom vendor relationships and communicate performance feedback.
  • Assist with international voice and data circuit deployments, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
  • Support management with weekly telecom project planning and task delegation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education / Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Job Knowledge / Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in telecommunications or project management supporting business systems.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed telecom services, protocols, and concepts.
  • Understanding of communication network management and wireless configurations.
  • Proven experience gathering business requirements and delivering technical solutions in complex environments.
  • Experience reviewing, processing, and interpreting telecom contracts and invoices.
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
  • Proficient knowledge of company product lines.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platforms and carrier portals.
