Salary: R26,500 per month (non-negotiable)

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong Motion Graphics and AI design capabilities to join their team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role requires a highly creative, detail-oriented professional capable of delivering elite-level design work across a wide range of digital outputs, while balancing creativity with commercial objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate remotely as a full-time team member, engaging daily via written briefs and scheduled team calls.
• Deliver design work with exceptional attention to detail, always considering digital performance and application.
• Manage and switch efficiently between multiple clients, projects, and creative requests.
• Follow creative briefs accurately while confidently suggesting improvements or enhancements where appropriate.
• Accurately log time and task updates using the Trello project management system.
• Ensure all creative assets are correctly filed, labelled, and saved to the designated server.
• Work effectively under direction while managing time independently to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality output under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong motion graphics capability with a portfolio demonstrating visually striking and commercially effective work.
• Solid understanding of branding principles, including brand strategy interpretation and consistent visual and verbal execution across touchpoints.
• Demonstrated interest in and working knowledge of AI design platforms, with a commitment to staying up to date with emerging AI technologies.
• Proven project management ability, including planning, prioritisation, and managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness, balancing creativity with time and budget constraints.
