Senior Test Automation Engineer (Fully Remote)
Location: United States (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are partnered with a leading organization that designs, builds, and supports large-scale technology platforms for government agencies, with a strong focus on health and human services programs such as Medicaid. Their work directly supports critical public services used by millions nationwide.
They are expanding their engineering team and preparing to hire a Senior Test Automation Engineer to help drive quality and reliability across complex, enterprise-grade systems.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium and Python
- Develop and execute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to support modern software delivery practices
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and QA partners to ensure quality at scale
- Create and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies, tools, and processes
- Support testing efforts within a Microsoft/.NET-based application environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation framework development
- Proficiency with Selenium, Python, and automated testing best practices
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into delivery workflows
- Experience with performance testing, including JMeter
- Comfort working in .NET / Microsoft technology environments (highly preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed team environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
