About the Role:
We’re looking for a Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Social) who combines strong hands-on platform expertise with analytical thinking and attention to detail. You’ll own the end-to-end execution and optimization of paid social campaigns and collaborate with the Performance team to drive measurable results against leads, sales, and other conversion goals. This role requires someone who is highly execution-focused, comfortable working across multiple accounts, and able to interpret data to make smart, performance-driven decisions.
You Will:
- Execute, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta/Facebook.
- Run conversion-focused campaigns (leads, sales, and ecommerce), while also handling traffic/awareness when needed.
- Work with budgets starting from ~$5,000 USD per client, ensuring efficient allocation and pacing.
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 and platform data to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
- Build and deliver clear performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key metrics, learnings, and next steps.
- Act as a hands-on executor: launch, optimize, and implement campaigns according to existing media plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Performance team, Strategy & Planning) to ensure campaigns align with media plans and objectives.
- Provide input and recommendations on media plans prepared by the Strategy & Planning team when relevant.
- Potentially mentor and support more junior team members, sharing best practices and optimization approaches.
About You:
Your Background:
- 3+ years of real, hands-on experience in Paid Social campaign management.
- Solid experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns end-to-end.
- Experience working in a digital media/advertising agency is mandatory (minimum 6–12 months), ideally with exposure to multiple industries and clients.
- Proven track record managing performance-oriented campaigns focused on conversions (leads, sales, ecommerce).
- Comfortable handling multiple accounts (typically up to ~5 clients/accounts at a time) in parallel.
- Strong experience creating, reading, and interpreting performance reports, ideally using Google Analytics 4.
- English: B2 or above — accent or slower speech is fine as long as communication is clear and understandable.
- Self-sufficient executor with strong attention to detail and ownership over performance outcomes.
- Comfortable in a fully remote, distributed, English-speaking environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn and Pinterest Ads in addition to Meta.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) — this is considered a “superstar” skill.
- E-commerce performance experience (conversion-focused funnels, ROAS optimization, etc.).
- Any experience mentoring juniors or acting as a go-to person within a performance team.
- Familiarity with other paid social platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads) and additional analytics/BI tools.
