We’re looking for a creative and user-focused Web Designer to design visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This role is ideal for someone passionate about web design, UX/UI principles, and digital experiences in a remote-first environment.

• Design website layouts, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and visual designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Design visual assets such as banners, icons, and UI elements.
• Maintain and evolve website design standards and style guides.
• Revise designs based on feedback and testing results.

• 0–3 years of experience in web design or related roles (internships or freelance experience accepted).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web standards is a plus.
• Ability to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating web and UI design work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
