We hire remote talent across the United States to scale paid acquisition, SEO, and marketing automation efforts.
Primary title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote - United States)
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, build and manage end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to meet CAC and ROI targets.
- Execute on-site and off-site SEO initiatives: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical recommendations, and content collaboration to increase organic visibility.
- Design, implement and optimize marketing automation and email campaigns using HubSpot/Mailchimp to drive lifecycle engagement and retention.
- Set up and maintain analytics and tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager), define attribution, build dashboards, and deliver actionable performance reports.
- Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization experiments across landing pages and ad creatives to improve funnel efficiency and LTV.
- Coordinate with content, design, and growth teams and manage external agencies or freelancers to scale campaign velocity and creative output.

- Experience working asynchronously in remote teams across US time zones and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fully remote US roles with flexible hours and outcome-driven performance expectations.
