Job Description
Our agency client is looking for a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to lead our creative team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand identity and driving innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand development and a passion for visual storytelling, ensuring that our projects resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives.
This is a fully remote role, working 20-30 hours per week for the first 2-3 months. Potential start will be mind-end of Feb.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the creative team to produce high-quality designs and campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Develop and execute creative strategies for brand development and marketing initiatives across various platforms.
- Oversee all aspects of art direction, graphic design, and visual communication to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to align creative objectives with business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Create compelling content for various mediums, including digital marketing, advertising, and social media.
- Guide the team in user experience design and content creation to enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct photography and video production for marketing materials and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, advertising, and visual communication.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent copywriting skills and understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a creative team.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
