We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Director for part-time engagement who will take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution at Altamira — a growing software company developing AI and cloud solutions for global clients.
This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership to drive measurable growth.
Your mission is to lead and execute a marketing strategy that positions Altamira as a trusted technology and AI partner, generates qualified leads, and amplifies the personal brands of our experts.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and execute a data-driven marketing strategy across digital, brand, and
- Develop client personas, value propositions, and content plans that support our business
- Run outbound and inbound campaigns — including newsletters, automation flows, and
- Manage and grow Altamira's digital presence (LinkedIn, website, media, PR).
- Actively promote internal experts — help our tech leaders become visible as thought
- Coordinate with Delivery to launch marketing campaigns around new services and case
- Define and track KPIs — MQLs, SQLs, brand reach, content performance.
- Own the marketing budget and ensure ROI from all channels.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team.
- 5+ years in B2B or tech marketing, ideally in software or IT services.
- Proven track record of running marketing campaigns hands-on — email, LinkedIn, content,
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and client engagement strategy.
- Solid understanding of how marketing supports sales pipeline and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools (GA, HubSpot, etc.).
