Role Overview

We are looking for an Embedded Software Design Engineer – Motor Controller with hands-on experience in motor controller algorithm design. The role involves developing, simulating, and optimizing motor control algorithms for EV and E-powertrain applications using modern control design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of motor controller algorithms
• Development and simulation of motor control applications using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink
• Control system design, analysis, and validation for motor control applications
• Collaboration with hardware and system teams for controller integration
• Support testing, debugging, and performance optimization of motor control software
• Documentation of design, algorithms, and test results
  
  

Must-Have Skill Set

• Minimum 2+ years of design experience in the motor controller / controller design industry
• Hands-on experience in motor controller algorithm design
• Strong knowledge of control systems design
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for motor control application development
• Understanding of embedded systems used in motor controllers
• Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in:
• Electronics
• E&TC
• Electrical/Electronics
• Or a related engineering discipline
  

Nice-to-Have Skill Set

• Experience in EV, E-Powertrain, or motor controller design environments
• Exposure to real-time implementation and testing of control algorithms
• Strong interest in electric mobility and power electronics
• Early joiners preferred
